It is Composited by high-efficient water reducing admixture, early strength agent and compacting agent. It has the feature of water reducing, high early strength, and high permeability enhancement and so on. It has strong adaptability for cement products, easy to use. It can be widely used for various concrete projects which have technical requirements of high early strength. It is especially suitable for shaft construction, can play the role of reducing duration and improving the turnover of templates and sites

Main performance:

1: Effective water reducer. Water-reducing rate: 14%~22%. Is the ideal material to configure fluid concrete and high strength concrete.

2. The early strength of concrete will be substantially increased when incorporating this product, without affecting the late development of strength. One day up to 300% of the strength of concrete when admixtures are not mixed 3 days up to 15%~200%.7 days up to more than 80% of the design strength.

3 High enhancements: this product has significant enhancement, not only the early strength of concrete improved greatly, the late strength also has stable development.

4. The ejection time can be shortened under the same construction conditions. For shaft concrete, under normal conditions, it can be demoded within 9 hours.

5. No corrosive effect on steel.

6.appliable  to construct under above -5°C environmental conditions .

Usage and note

Common mixed dosage is 2 to 4%( in weight of cementitious materials). Suitable for preparing the concrete above c50.This product is suitable for dry mixed, should be extended mixing time appropriately.Under negative temperature conditions, anti-freezing measures should be takenThis product is 25kg woven bag packing, in case of wet agglomeration, it should be stored in dry entries to keep the same performance. But it should be sifted through a 30 mesh sieve before use. Storage period is 2 years.
